Our restaurant Essència is located in the Can Vistabella Boutique Resort in Sant Antoni, a small haven of peace in the middle of the Ibizan countryside.
Its pleasant terrace runs around its swimming pool surrounded by vegetation, which makes it a quiet and romantic space.
Mediterranean cuisine is the basis of its menu, which also features influences from all over the world. At the tables of Essència by Can Vistabella you can try everything from tasty squid with Middle Eastern touches or sea bass with exotic Thai flavours to the famous Italian pasta.
The restaurant has its own vegetable garden, from which we extract fruit and vegetables that we ferment ourselves. This freshness predominates in our dishes, as well as the use of local produce from Ibiza.
On the menu you will always find vegan and vegetarian dishes. We also offer different suggestions every day that will surprise you.
Apart from the à la carte menu, we also have a take away menu that you can enjoy anywhere on the island.
